These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PokePatche.com ("Site"), our online store for morale patches, coins, apparel, and related products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Use of the Site You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with others' use. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations.

2. Products and Orders

All products are described as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping (calculated at checkout). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Orders are not final until confirmed by email. We may cancel or refuse orders for any reason (e.g., stock issues, fraud).
Limited drops (e.g., weekly releases) are first-come, first-served—no holds or backorders.

3. Payments

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
No refunds or exchanges except for defective items (see Returns below). Presale items ship as estimated; delays may occur.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping details are in our Shipping Policy (linked in footer).
We aim to ship promptly, but we're not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Defective or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days at pokepatche24@gmail.com with photos—we'll replace or refund at our discretion.
All sales final for non-defective items, including limited drops. No returns on custom orders.
Refunds (if approved) issued to original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on the Site are owned by PokePatche or our licensors. You may not use them without permission. User-submitted content (e.g., custom order ideas) grants us a non-exclusive license to use for marketing.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokePatche is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us.

8. Disclaimers The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site is error-free.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Check back periodically.

10. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Riverside County, California. You agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
