All sales are final. Limited drops and morale patches don’t come back in stock — ever.

We’ll make it right only if:

• Item arrives damaged or defective

• We sent the wrong patch

In those cases: Email pokepatche24@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund (your choice), no questions asked. Return shipping on us.

No refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• “Didn’t read the description”

• Custom squadron orders

Presale items are non-refundable once production starts (date listed on product page).
