1. What we collect

  • Your email if you sign up for drop alerts or place an order

  • Name, shipping address, and payment info when you buy patches

  • Basic analytics (IP, browser, pages visited) via Wix and Google Analytics – no personal identifiers

2. How we use it

  • Send you Friday drop alerts and order updates

  • Process and ship your patches

  • Improve the site (what pages sailors actually look at)

3. Who sees it

  • Wix (hosting & store)

  • Stripe or PayPal (payments – we never see full card numbers)

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) We do NOT sell, rent, or share your info with anyone else.

4. Cookies & tracking We use cookies for cart functionality and basic stats. You can turn them off in your browser, but the cart might break.

5. Your rights

  • Want your data deleted? Email pokepatche24@gmail.com – we’ll wipe it within 30 days.

  • California or EU folks – same deal, just say the word.
